A check donation to Catch & Go Flag Football was presented by President and CEO Amanda Aguirre to coaches Nick Kenn and Charlie Castaneda
Yuma, Arizona. – Thanks to the help of the Regional Center for Border Health, Inc. (RCBH) more kids enrolled on the 2015 season of the Catch & Go Flag Football organization based in the Yuma County will have better conditions to practice.
Today, a check donation for 250 dollars was presented by Ms. Amanda Aguirre, President and CEO of the RCBH to Mr. Nick Kenn and Mr. Charlie Castaneda, main coaches of the non-profit organization founded in 2008.
Mr. Kenn said by presenting the donation, the RCBH is becoming a sponsor of the 2015 Season, which will lead them to get shades for the teams during practices and games.
Catch & Go Flag Football in Yuma, Arizona is a member of the NFL FLAG Program. Locally it provides a fun and exciting game of non-contact flag football for boys and girls, ages 5 – 14 from Wellton, Yuma, San Luis, Somerton, Gadsden and this time will have kids from Mexicali and San Luis, Mexico as well.
“The RCBH created the Yuma County Anti-Bullying and Anti-Violence Task Force to prevent students to be a victim or a bully, that is why we considered supporting Catch & Go Flag Football because we see it as a great way for kids to stay out of trouble and deliver self-esteem in a safe environment”, said Ms. Aguirre.
