January 15^th, 2016 will be the last day for the residents to sign up for coverage at HealthCare.gov in English or at www.CuidadodeSalud.gov in Spanish that will begin in February 1^st, 2016

Yuma, Arizona - The Regional Center for Border Health, Inc./San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc. is reminding the residents of Yuma County, Arizona that the deadline to get the coverage of the HealthCare is closer than 2 days.

President and CEO of the Regional Center for Border Health, Inc. Amanda Aguirre announced that January 15^th, 2016 will be the last day for the residents to sign up for coverage at HealthCare.gov that will begin in February 1^st, 2016.

This deadline is important because most people want their new policy to start as soon as possible. If they miss the deadline, they’ll have to wait until March 1 for their coverage to begin, said Ms. Aguirre.

“We would like the residents of Yuma County to set this deadline as a top priority,” said Ms. Aguirre.

According to the HealthCare.gov website, since Open Enrollment began on November 1, 2015, more than 11.3 million people have already signed up for coverage through HealthCare.gov and the state-based marketplaces.

The Regional Center for Border Health, Inc. has offered several Marketplace Enrollment Day Fairs at its rural clinic San Luis Walk-In Clinic, Inc. locations in San Luis, and Somerton, as well as Offices in Yuma and Parker, Arizona.

Family Care Coordinators are assisting the public to get enrolled from Monday thru Friday at the following locations:
